Work Tier Guidelines

See the guidelines below for our 'Work Tier' guidelines. Work Tiers are created to reward the most reliable movers with a stable schedule, provide movers who are new or still improving steady work, and keep a place for movers who have sometimes fallen below our standards. There are three work tiers with increasing privileges;

TIER ONE

- Receives a weekly schedule every Saturday for the following Mon-Sun.

- Chooses their jobs by rank/seniority.

- Can sign out Equipment Sets weekly.

- Receives the customer's number to directly relay issues.

- Demotes Work Tier if no call/no show or too many call offs within 24 hours

TIER TWO

- Receives up to three days notice for an upcoming job.

- Advance Work Tiers after 10 complete jobs with no major issues.

- Demotes Work Tier if no call/no show, too many call offs within 24 hours, or rejects over 5 assignment offers in one month

TIER THREE

- Checks in between 7-8AM every day they are available to work

- Advance Work Tiers after 10 complete jobs with no major issues.

- no shows or failure to complete work may result in a ban from Westmoreland Movers
